HADDONFIELD, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Baseball weekly award winners on Monday, with Marymount’s Evan Schick being named Player of the Week and Immaculata’s Alex LePage being named Pitcher of the Week.
Player of the Week: Evan Schick
School: Marymount

Position: Third Baseman
Hometown: Burke, Va.
High School: Lake Braddock
Brief Outlook of Week: Schick knocked at a .643 clip across the week for the Saints, hitting four doubles to slug at 1.071. Helping the Saints to a series win over Gwynedd Mercy, Schick found himself on-base at an efficient rate, notching an OBP of .714. On the week, he had five runs and four RBI’s, along with nine hits without any strikeouts.
Pitcher of the Week: Alex LePage

Brief Outlook of Week: LePage delivered a dominant two-game performance, pitching a combined eight innings while allowing just seven hits and one unearned run, striking out 14 batters and earning the win on Saturday. He first took the mound Friday at Saint Elizabeth, throwing two innings and allowing one hit and one unearned run before a rain delay cut his outing short. LePage returned on Saturday to start game one of Immaculata’s doubleheader, where he was outstanding—tossing six shutout innings, giving up six hits, and matching the program’s single-game strikeout record with 14 while securing the victory.
Weekly Honor Roll:
Connor Hafto, Gwynedd Mercy: Hafto was exceptional on Friday afternoon, scattering four hits over and three walks over 8.1 innings, inducing 15 groundouts and striking out three Saints while carrying a shutout into the ninth inning.
Nick Turnage, Immaculata: Turnage had an outstanding week at the plate for Immaculata, going a combined 9-for-17 with five runs scored and nine RBIs over four games.
Joel Ayers, Marywood: Ayers batted .600, slugging .700, over five games for the Pacers. He had three, three-hit performances against Penn State Berks and Centenary. He reached five times in a loss to Centenary. Ayers scored six runs this week.
Nick Ciesielka, Neumann: Ciesielka hit .545 (6-for-11) with three doubles and two triples, posting a 1.182 slugging percentage. He also scored seven runs, drove in three, stole three bases and walked twice. Ciesielka fielded perfectly, going four-for-four with put outs.
Josh Lillis, Neumann: Lillis went 4.0 innings for the win in a 16-4 win over John Jay. He junior allowed one unearned run on two hits and struck out six.
Aidan Folsom, Saint Elizabeth: Folsom appeared in two games out of the bullpen for the Eagles this past week. He threw four innings and struck out five, not allowing an earned run to cross the plate and only surrendering two hits on the week.
