HADDONFIELD, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Men’s Basketball weekly award winners on Monday, with Donte Dupriest of Neumann being named Player of the Week and Reuben McEachern of Marymount being named Defensive Player of the Week.
Player of the Week: Donte Dupriest
School: Neumann
Class: Senior
Position: Forward
Hometown: Philadelphia, Pa.

Brief Outlook of Week: Dupriest averaged 20.5 points and 10.0 rebounds in a 1-1 week for Neumann. He went 11-for-12 from the line for the week. In a 78-68 loss at Marywood, the senior scored 16 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Dupriest tallied a double-double, 25 points and 13 boards, in an 86-70 win against Centenary.
Defensive Player of the Week: Reuben McEachern

Brief Outlook of Week: McEachen nabbed seven total steals across Marymount's pair of wins in Atlantic East action, keeping the Saints undefeated. Adding in 11 total boards, the junior guard added an offensive threat in the wins, averaging 11.5 points per game and 3.5 assists per game, all while shooting 73% from the floor.
Weekly Honor Roll:
DJ Johnson, Gwynedd Mercy: Johnson turned it on as the Griffins have hit the midway point of their AEC schedule. This week he averaged 18.5 points, six rebounds, three assists, and 1.5 steals per game in league wins over Centenary and Saint Elizabeth. He recorded 16 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, and two steals in a road win over the Cyclones, then totaled 21 points, one rebound, two assists, and one steal in a road win over the Eagles.
Jalen Snead, Gwynedd Mercy: Snead averaged 10.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.5 blocks, and 1.5 steals per game in AEC road wins over Centenary University and Saint Elizabeth. Against the Cyclones, he recorded 16 points, two rebounds, two assists, and one steal, while versus the Eagles, he totaled four points, five rebounds, three assists, one block, and two steals.
Collin Himmelberg, Marywood: Himmelberg led the Pacers to a 1-1 week with 19.5 points per game. He scored 23 points in a 78-68 win over Neumann, followed by 16 points in a loss at Marymount.
Kurt Thomas, Pratt: Thomas had a dominant offensive week for the Cannoneers, averaging 22.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, and two assists while shooting an impressive 57% from the field across two conference games. In the 83-74 victory over Saint Elizabeth, he led a balanced attack with a team-high 17 points, going 9-for-11 from the free-throw line. He followed that with an explosive, career-high 28-point performance in a thriller at Immaculata, shooting a remarkable 12-for-16 from the floor to keep Pratt in contention until the final minute.
