HADDONFIELD, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Men’s Basketball weekly award winners on Monday, as Neumann’s DJ Earl was named Player of the Week and Donte Dupriest named Defensive Player of the Week.

Brief Outlook of Week: Earl averaged 22.7 points per game as Neumann picked up three wins in the final game of 2025. The senior scored 20 points while adding seven rebounds, three assists and three steals in an 85-65 win over Penn State Schuylkill. Earl tallied 30 points, nine boards, four assists and four steals as Neumann defeated Penn State Lehigh Valley 75-62. In a 73-59 win against Haverford to wrap up the week, Earl had 18 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals.
Defensive Player of the Week: Donte Dupriest
School: Neumann

Brief Outlook of Week: Dupriest averaged 23.2 points and 13.3 rebounds as Neumann went 3-0 to wrap up 2025. The senior had a double-double in all three games. In an 85-65 win over Penn State Schuylkill, Dupriest had 29 points, 10 rebounds and four assists. He followed with 21 points and 12 boards in a 75-62 win over Penn State Lehigh Valley. To wrap up the week, Dupriest had 20 points and 18 rebounds as Neumann defeated Haverford 73-59.
Weekly Honor Roll:
Jasir Lane, Centenary: Jasir had 26 rebounds across two games, adding two blocks, four steals and 12 points.
Kenneth Rankin, Centenary: Rankin tallied 47 points on the week, spanning two games, adding 14 rebounds, six assists, four steals and two blocks.
Mazen Sayed, Gwynedd Mercy: Sayed was the spark off the Gwynedd Mercy bench in an 88-84 overtime loss to Alvernia University. He kept the Griffins in the contest with six points and a pair of first-half rebounds, before exploding for a career-high 27 points, seven rebounds, and two assists. He was efficient, hitting 9-of-10 (.900) from the floor and 7-of-8 (.875) from the free throw line.
Reuben McEachern, Marymount: McEachern nabbed six total steals across Marymount's two games last week, adding six defensive boards. The junior guard dished out eight assists to add to his line, averaging 5.5 points per game, as well.
Cameron Hatcher, Pratt: Hatcher anchored the Pratt defense and glass during a three-game week, averaging eight rebounds and two steals per contest. Hatcher grabbed 24 total rebounds—21 on the defensive end—to limit second-chance opportunities for opponents. He recorded three steals and five rebounds in a win over Brooklyn College and closed the week with a team-high 11 rebounds and a steal against Washington College. He also swiped two steals and grabbed eight boards in the road victory at Sarah Lawrence.
Josiah King, Saint Elizabeth: King was able to dominate in the Eagles lone game against. Elmira. He scored 24 points, posted a field goal percentage of over 57%, going 75% from three–pont range, all while grabbing four steals, three assists, and four rebounds in the win.
Cam’Ron Martel, Saint Elizabeth: Martel was a defensive force for the Eagles in their lone game with 11 boards, while also picking up three blocks on the defensive end for the Eagles.
