LANCASTER, Pa. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week on Monday for the week ending on April 16^th. Cabrini’s Austin Bolton was named Player of the Week, while Gwynedd Mercy Chase McFeeley earned Defensive Player of the Week honors.

Player of the Week:

Brief Outlook of Week:  Bolton scored three goals on three shots and added two assists for five points in a 29-1 win over Centenary. The senior followed that up with five goals on five shots and one assist for six points in a 27-3 win against Immaculata. On the week he tallied eight goals and three assists for eleven points, with a caused turnover and a ground ball. Bolton put the game winning goal in the back of the net against the Mighty Macs.

Defensive Player of the Week:
Name: Chase McFeeley
School: Gwynedd Mercy
Class: Senior
Position: Goalkeeper
Hometown:  Mullica Hill, N.J.
High School:  Clearview
Brief Outlook of Week:  McFeeley picked up two wins against league rivals Marywood (10-8), and Neumann (16-11). He totaled 26 saves, recovered six ground balls;

Weekly Honor Roll:
Jason Eide (Jr., Attack, Gwynedd Mercy): Eide totaled 13 points on six goals and seven assists. He also added 11 ground balls, and five caused turnovers in AEC wins over Marywood and Neumann. He provided the game-winner versus the Pacers and was balanced in both performances with two goals and three assists against Marywood and four goals and four assists against the Knights.

Jack Mattimore (Jr., Defense Marymount): Mattimore led the Saints with three caused turnovers and added four ground balls in a crucial conference win over Marywood on Saturday. He was part of the defense that held Marywood to just seven goals in the conference matchup.
