HADDONFIELD, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women’s Volleyball weekly award winners on Monday, with Centenary's Poppy Skjonnemand being named Player of the Week and Adrienne Xiao being named Defensive Player of the Week.

Position: Outside Hitter

High School: Mendham High School
Brief Outlook of Week: Skjonnemand led the Cyclones offense with 18 kills en route to a 3-1 win over Marymount. The Senior averaged 4.75 PPS, 4.50 KPS, and 3.00 DPS, all while posting a .244 hitting percentage, in the 3-1 win over Marymount in the opening week of conference play. .

Position: Right Side/Opposite Hitter

Brief Outlook of Week: Xiao recorded 33 assists, with six digs and three service aces, to help lead the Cyclones in a huge 3-1 victory over Marymount. She averaged 8.25 assists per set in the win.
Weekly Honor Roll:
Kate Etter, Gwynedd Mercy: Etter totaled 18.5 points (16 kills, 2 aces, 1 block assist) in the Griffins' losses to Susquehanna and Pratt. She averaged 2.64 points per set, 2.29 kills per set, and 1.86 digs per set.
Macie Ferla, Gwynedd Mercy: Ferla totaled 27 assists, two aces, and eight digs between losses to Susquehanna and Pratt, averaging 3.86 assists per set.
Emerson Aber, Marymount: Aber put up a solid week as the Saints' setter as conference play began. The senior posted 3.60 assists per set and 2.30 digs per set through the week of play.
Emma Hwang, Pratt: Hwang directed the Pratt offense during a 1-1 week headlined by a 3-0 sweep of Gwynedd Mercy in the AEC opener. Hwang compiled 36 assists, 18 digs, five service aces, four kills, and three block assists across six sets, averaging 6.0 assists per set and 3.0 digs per set.
Jamie Shoemake, Pratt: Shoemake helped lead Pratt to a 1-1 week, highlighted by a straight-set victory over Gwynedd Mercy. She averaged 2.83 points per set and 1.83 kills per set.
Dadlyna Louis, Saint Elizabeth: Louis led Saint Elizabeth's offensive efforts across three matches this week, totaling 30 kills on a .313 hitting percentage. She averaged 3.35 points per set and 3.00 kills per set.
Ericka Menaling Trajano, Saint Elizabeth: Across three matches, she 21 services aces, an average of 2.1 per set, along with 2.8 digs per set and 2.7 points per set.
