HADDONFIELD, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women’s Volleyball weekly award winners on Monday, with Pratt’s Colleen Russell being named Player of the Week and Marymount's Renae Rohrer being named Defensive Player of the Week.

Player of the Week: Colleen Russell
School: Pratt
Class: Senior
Position: Middle Hitter
Hometown: Asbury, N.J.
High School: North Hunterdon
Brief Outlook of Week: Russell led the Pratt attack during a 1-1 week. The two-time Player of the Week averaged 3.5 kills on .184 hitting, totaling 21 kills with 10 digs, one service ace, and one block assist across six sets. She opened the week by recording a team-high 11 kills, eight digs, and a block assist in a losing effort on the road against USMMA on Tuesday. In a straight-set victory over York on Thursday, Russell posted a match-high 10 kills on 19 attempts with just three errors for a .368 hitting percentage, adding two digs and an ace to pace the sweep.

Specialty Player of the Week: Renae Rohrer
School: Marymount
Class: Senior
Position: Defensive Specialist/ Libero
Hometown: Lebanon, Pa.
High School: New Covenant Christian
Brief Outlook of Week: Rohrer had one of her best weeks of her career for the Saints.  Putting up 79 total digs across 12 sets, averaging 6.58 per set, the senior defensive specialist notched a career-high 33 digs against Elizabethtown on Saturday. Adding 12 assists, Rohrer put on a defensive clinic for the Saints across the week.

Weekly Honor Roll:
Kate Etter: Gwynedd Mercy: Etter surpassed another milestone with her 100th career ace in the Griffins 3-1 (25-21, 21-25, 25-16, 25-12) loss to Goucher College. She finished the week with 42.5 points (36 kills, 6 aces, 1 block assist), an assist, and 24 digs.

Macie Ferla, Gwynedd Mercy: Ferla finished the week with 48 assists, seven aces, and 20 digs. 

Adriana Ventura, Immaculata: Ventura continued to anchor Immaculata’s back row, recording 35 digs across two matches during the week. She had 15 digs against Moravian before producing a team-high 20 digs against Washington College, while also adding an ace in the latter match. Her 20-dig performance helped Immaculata battle Washington College through four sets.

Dadlyna Louis, Saint Elizabeth: Louis led Saint Elizabeth with 14 kills while hitting .306, adding five service aces, nine digs, and two total blocks. She finished with a team-high 20.5 points in SEU’s lone match of the week.
