HADDONFIELD, N.J. - The National Fastpitch Coaches Assocation (NFCA) and released their All-Region teams on Friday Afternoon, with the Atalntic East siiting in Region V. Following a strong showing from several programs and individuals, three different players were tabbed to Region V teams.
Marymount's
Kaylee Atkins and
Gracie Himmelman each garnered Second Team All-Region for Region V. Neumann's Emily Ammon was named to the Region V Third Team.
Marymount (

Kaylee Atkins- Atkins, the Atlantic East Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference selection, rounds out her career as a Saint with All-Region laurels. The first baseman led the team in batting average (.460), OPS (1.136), and slugging percentage (.650). Through the year, she drove in 38 total RBI, while knocking 17 doubles and three home runs.
Gracie Himmelman- Himmelman made history this season, earning All-Region alongside her All-Conference First Team selection, the first time a first-year has accomplished the feat in Marymount program history. The outfielder had a 1.083 OPS, notching 11 doubles and one home run this season. She led the team on on-base percentage at .512. In the field, she impressed, putting up a .966 fielding percentage.
Neumann (

Emily Ammon- Ammon has been a steady presence behind the plate for all four of her years at Neumann. 2026 was her best statistical season as she hit .366 with six doubles, four triples, 15 runs batted in, and 39 runs scored, which was tops in the Atlantic East Conference. She also led in stolen bases with a Neumann record 40 steals, and she had 20 walks, which tied for the most in the circuit. The senior is the first Knight to steal over 100 bases in her career and is the owner of the most steals in a single game in program history. All of that added up to her second consecutive All-Conference First team selection and this recognition from the NFCA. The first for a Neumann student-athlete since 2019.
