HADDONFIELD, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Men’s Tennis weekly award winners on Monday, as Mikah Liu of Pratt was named Player of the Week.

Player of the Week: Mikah Liu
School: Pratt
Class: Junior
Hometown: Austin, Texas
Brief Outlook of Week: Liu turned in a dominant performance in the top position for Pratt in a 7-0 non-conference road sweep of Lehman College. The junior surrendered just two total games on the day to help the Cannoneers bounce back into the win column and improve to 7-3 overall. Teaming up with Aditya Shivkumar, Liu helped the Cannoneers take a 6-1 victory at No. 1 doubles and then secured a straight-set 6-0, 6-1 victory at No. 1 singles.

Weekly Honor Roll:
Alex Corsones, Immaculata: Corsones won both his singles matches this week, defeating his opponent on Friday at Arcadia, and also won his doubles match with his partner.  He followed up by defeating Neumann on Saturday in straight sets, 6-1, 6-1. Corsones also won his doubles match with his partner, 6-2 helping to lead Immaculata to a 4-3 AEC win over Neumann. 

Rebhi Villasmil, Marymount: Sophomore Rebhi Villasmil went perfect this past week for the Saints. Winning both of his match ups at #2 singles, including a perfect 6-0, 6-0 against AEC foe Marywood on Saturday, the Woodbridge, Va. native added wins at #1 doubles against Marywood and #2 doubles against Virginia State on Sunday.
