Three-Peat! Pratt's Liu Awarded Men's Tennis Weekly Honors

HADDONFIELD, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Men’s Tennis weekly award winners on Monday, as Pratt’s Mikah Liu was once again awarded the Men’s Tennis Player of the Week. 

Athlete of the Week: Mikah Liu
School: Pratt
Class: Junior
Hometown: Austin, Texas
High School: AESA Prep Academy
Brief Outlook of Week: In what has been a very strong junior campaign, Liu led the Cannoneers to a strong 7-0 win over Brooklyn College. Facing off at No. 1 singles, the Austin, Texas, native won 6-0, 6-2. Later on, Liu teamed up with Caleb Callahan for a 6-0 win at No. 1 doubles.

Weekly Honor Roll:
Patrick Arnold, Immaculata:
Despite a narrow loss to Penn State Abington in non-conference action on Saturday, Patrick Arnold delivered a strong individual performance for the Mighty Macs. The sophomore earned a straight-sets win at No. 2 singles 6-0, 6-3 and partnered for a 6-4 victory at No. 1 doubles, accounting for two of Immaculata’s three match points on the day.

Trevor Lodge, Neumann: In a 1-1 week for the Knights, Lodge’s strong showing came as Neumann picked up its first win of the season with a 7-0 decision over Penn State Abington. Lodge and partner Mike Brown won No. 1 doubles 7-6. The graduate student tallied a 6-0, 6-1 win at No. 2 singles.
