Holy Family's Davis, Immaculata's Lentowski catch Women's Flag Football Weekly Awards

LANCASTER, Pa. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women’s Flag Football weekly award winners on Monday, as Holy Family’s Aalyce Davis and Immaculata’s Abigail Lentowski Player and Defensive Player of the Week honors respectively.

Brief Outlook of Week: Davis had 232 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns, while completing 14-of-19 passes for 162 yards and a touchdown, in Friday’s tri-match against Neumann and Immaculata.  She gained a season-high 141 yards on the ground in a victory over the Knights, in which she scored twice highlighted by a 75-yard touchdown. Davis then had 198 total yards versus and two total touchdowns, one passing and one rushing, versus the Mighty Macs.

Brief Outlook of Week: Abigail Lentowski had a combined 19 tackles, with four interceptions and a pass break up in helping lead Immaculata to three Atlantic East Conference wins. Lentowski had two interceptions, including a pick-six interception return for a touchdown. Lentowski helps lead Immaculata on both sides of the ball as she had a combined 13 receptions for 136-yards and one touchdown reception. Her touchdown reception was in the Mighty Macs AEC win over Holy Family on Friday.

Weekly Honor Roll:
Leslie Villegas (Fy., Marymount):
Leslie Villegas had nine total tackles across the Saints' two wins at Eastern on Saturday. In the match up with Eastern, proving to be Marymount's tightest game yet, Villegas had seven of her tackles, six solo. She notched a sack to help shut out the Eagles' offense.

Rory Watson (Sr., Immaculata): Rory Watson had a combined six receptions for 42 yards, with three touchdowns for Immaculata helping lead the Mighty Macs to three Atlantic East Conference wins. Watson had all three touchdown receptions in Immaculata's AEC win over Neumann on Friday evening. Watson helps lead Immaculata on both sides of the ball, with a combined 30 tackles, one interception, and five pass breakups on defense this week for the Mighty Macs.

Carly Rivera (Fy., Marymount): Carly Rivera had eight catches for 162 total yards, including a touchdown, in the Saints' two wins over Eastern and Centenary on Saturday evening. In a tight game against Eastern, she had five total receptions, including a long of 32 yards, to help Marymount secure the win against the Eagles.
