LANCASTER, Pa. - The Atlantic East Conference is proud to announce the 2025 All-Atlantic East Women’s Flag Football team. This team is made up of student-athletes from the conference who were nominated by their respective coaches.
The team was then voted upon by the head coaches, who were not permitted to vote for their own players.
Holy Family’s Aalyce Davis was named as the Player of the Year, while Immaculata’s Abigail Lentowski was named as the Defensive Player of the Year.
Marymount’s Avery DeFazio was named as the Elite 20 winner, going to the student-athlete at the championship site with the highest GPA.
Marymount University and Eastern University were named Co-Coaching Staff of the Year by their peers.
Davis, a first-team offensive and defensive player, rushed for 556 yards and three touchdowns this season, while throwing for 230 yards and three scores. She also caught 28 passes for 318 yards and one score. Defensively, she had 53 solo tackles, three interceptions and three pass breakups. She also had two fumble recoveries.
Lentowski, also a first-team defensive and offensive selection, had 61 tackles with five interceptions and four pass breakups. She also had one sack. Offensively, she had 37 receptions for 450 yards and three scores.
DeFazio, a junior, sports a perfect 4.0 GPA in Biology.
Lastly, Marymount and Eastern shared the Coaching Staff of the Year Award. Marymount went a perfect 15-0 in winning the Atlantic East Championship, while Eastern University went 14-4 and advanced to the AEC Championship, falling to Marymount
