LANCASTER, Pa. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women’s Flag Football weekly award winners on Monday, as Marymount’s Samantha Bulik and Carly Rivera won Player and Defensive Player of the Week honors respectively.
Player of the Week:
Name: Samantha Bulik
School: Marymount University

Position: Wide Receiver

Brief Outlook of Week: Samantha Bulik had a dominant week on the turf for the Saints, as they remained undefeated in action. Nabbing five receptions for 65 yards, including a touchdown, the senior added four rushes for a combined 47 yards.
Defensive Player of the Week:
Name: Carly Rivera
School: Marymount University
Class: First Year
Position: Tackle
Hometown: Arlington, Va.
High School: St. John’s College HS
Brief Outlook of Week: Carly Rivera collected 15 total tackles across the Saints' 3-0 week, including seven against Holy Family on Tuesday in AEC action. Adding an interception and three broken up passes, Rivera helped the Saints dismantle the opposing defense.
Weekly Honor Roll:
Aalyce Davis (So., Holy Family): Davis had 222 rushing yards and a touchdown, as well as 15 tackles, two interceptions and two pass breakups in three games.
