LANCASTER, Pa. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women’s Basketball weekly award winners on Monday, as Immaculata’s Carly Coleman and Centenary’s Brie Opdyke won Player and Defensive Player of the Week honors respectively.

Brief Outlook of Week: Carly Coleman registered her fifth double-double of the season, scoring a career-high 22 points, with 12 rebounds, five assists, two blocked shots, and three steals to help lead Immaculata to an Atlantic East Conference win at Marywood on January 22nd. Coleman was a plus 15 in the game.

Brief Outlook of Week: Brie Opdyke became the tenth player in program history to score 1,000 points for the Cyclones, against the Griffins of Gwynedd Mercy while also posting her first double-double of the season. In this contest, Opdyke scored 21 points, 6 assists, 10 rebounds, and 1 steal. Opdyke finished the week with total of 29 points, 10 assists, 15 rebounds, and 3 steals helping the Cyclones finish the week with a 2-0 record.
Weekly Honor Roll:
Erin Eisenhart (Jr., Gwynedd Mercy): Eisenhart averaged 13.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 2.0 steals per game in an 0-2 week of AEC play. in the 70-63 overtime loss to Neumann University, she totaled 15 points, 7 rebounds, an assist, and a steal.
Samantha Bulik (Sr., Marymount): Senior Samantha Bulik dropped 15 points in Wednesday's win over Neumann on their home court, adding five rebounds, a pair of assists, a block and a steal. She went 5-8 from the floor, 2-3 from beyond the arc, to help the Saints move over .500 in AEC play.
Emily DuPont (Sr., Neumann): Emily DuPont averaged 20.0 points in a 1-1 week for the Knights. DuPont was a perfect 12-for-12 from the line, added 10 rebounds, seven assists, five blocked and five steals. In a 57-52 loss to Marymount, the senior netted 22 points, grabbed three rebounds, four assists, two blocks and two steals. DuPont followed with 18 points (10-for-10 from the line), seven rebounds, three each of assists, blocks and steals in a 70-63 overtime win against Gwynedd Mercy. The senior hit four key free throws in the final 30 seconds of overtime to help seal the win.
Tessa Liberatoscioli (Sr., Immaculata): Tessa Liberatoscioli pulled down six rebounds, all six were defensive rebounds, with one blocked shot, and three steals to go along with three assists, and five points in helping lead Immaculata to an Atlantic East Conference win at Marywood on January 22nd.
Ella Morrison (Jr., Marymount): In Wednesday evening's win over Neumann to help Marymount move over the .500 mark in AEC play, Ella Morrison had another top showing on the defensive front. Pulling down seven defensive boards, the junior guard added two blocks and a steal alongside her seven points and two assists.
