HADDONFIELD, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women’s Soccer weekly award winners on Monday, with Pratt’s Emma Pratt and Josey Kanach being named Player of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week, respectively.

Player of the Week: Emma Pratt

Brief Outlook of Week: Pratt scored three goals across two matches this week, helping Pratt to a 2-0 week and improve to 3-1-0 overall. On Wednesday she scored twice in the Cannoneers’ 4-0 home win over Brooklyn College. On Saturday, the senior converted a penalty kick in the 60th minute for a key insurance goal in its 2-0 home win over Penn State Brandywine. 

Defensive Player of the Week: Josey Kanach
School: Pratt
Class: Sophomore
Position: Defender
Hometown: Washington, D.C.
High School: Jackson-Reed
Brief Outlook of Week: Kanach anchored a Pratt back line that posted consecutive shutouts this week, as the Cannoneers outscored their opponents 6-0 over two matches. On Wednesday, Kanach started and played 80 minutes in Pratt's 4-0 home win, a match in which Brooklyn was held to just five shots, with two on goal. On Saturday, Kanach played all 90 minutes in the Cannoneers’ 2-0 win over Penn State Brandywine, helping limit the Lions to five shots, three of which were on goal.

Weekly Honor Roll: 
Khloe Hoda, Marymount: Hoda notched her first career goal and assist in Marymount's 3-0 win over Notre Dame (Md.) last week. Her goal proved to be the game-winner for the Saints, totaling three total points in the match.
