Marymount's Mosley, Neumann's Dupriest named Men's Basketball Athletes of the Week

LANCASTER, Pa. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Men’s Basketball weekly award winners on Monday, as Marymount’s Jase Mosley and Neumann’s Donte Dupriest won Player and Defensive Player of the Week honors respectively.

Brief Outlook of Week: Having a breakout week, sophomore Jase Mosley helped the Saints go 2-0 with wins over Gwynedd Mercy and Marywood. Averaging 16.0 points per game, the guard set a career-high 13 points in Wednesday's action before upping it again on Saturday with 19. Shooting 69% from the floor, 67% from three-point range, he added six rebounds and three assists with a steal.

Brief Outlook of Week: Donte Dupriest tallied two more double-doubles in a 2-0 conference week as Neumann’s winning streak extended to six games. In the two games, the junior averaged 13 points, 12.5 rebounds while adding six assists and three steals. In an 85-57 win over Centenary, Dupriest had 12 points and 10 rebounds. He followed with his fifth straight double-double in an 86-74 win at Pratt where he pulled down 15 board and scored 14 points.
 
Weekly Honor Roll:
Dylan Crews (Sr., Immaculata): Dylan Crews had a combined 30 points, with nine rebounds, six assists, and three blocked shots in Immaculata's two games this week. Crews scored 14 points, with five rebounds, three assists, and one block in their AEC win over Pratt on January 15th. He scored 16 points, shooting 3-5 from three-point range, with four rebounds, three assists, and two blocked shot against Centenary on Saturday.
 
Naire Preston (So., Centenary): Preston posted 28 points on the week, including a 21 point outing in the Clones win over Immaculata. The second year guard also added 3 assists, 3 rebounds and a steal to his stat line.
 
Dylan Harris (Gr., Gwynedd Mercy): Harris had the hot hand for the Griffins this week as the graduate guard hit 10-of-15 (.667) from three-point range while averaging 14.0 points per game in a 1-2 week. In the 94-48 win over the University of Valley Forge, Harris hit 8-of-9 (.889) from the floor - including 5-of-6 (.833) from three-point range - in his first start for the Red and Gold; he headlined four Griffins in double figures with a career-high 21 points.
 
Tj Lewis (Sr., Neumann): TJ Lewis averaged 14.5 points and 2-0 week for the Knights as they extended their winning streak to six and remain unbeaten in conference action. He also added 4.5 rebounds, 10 assists and five steals. In an 85-57 win over Centenary, the senior scored 12 points. Lewis followed with 17 points, including going 9-for-10 from the line, in an 86-74 win at Pratt.
 
Mandon Seapoe (So., Immaculata): Mandon Seapoe had a combined five rebounds, including four defensive rebounds, and 10 steals, to go along with six assists, and 21 points over two games for Immaculata. Seapoe had four rebounds, three steals, three assists, and eight points in Immaculata's AEC win at Pratt on January 15th. He had one rebound, seven steals, three assists, and 13 points in Immaculata's game with Centenary on Saturday.
 
Cameron Windt (So., Pratt): Windt led Pratt in scoring over a pair of contests last week averaging 12.5 points per game with 3.5 three-pointers and 3.5 rebounds per game. He drained five three-pointers en route to 16 points in a losing effort to league unbeaten Neumann on Saturday.
 
Reuben McEachern (So., Marymount): Continuing his strong sophomore campaign, Reuben McEachern had a stellar week on the court for the Saints to help them stay perfect in AEC action. Pulling down 11 total rebounds, 5.5 per game, with three total steals, the guard added 17 total points and 11 assists to complete the well-rounded conference week.
 
Jasir Lane (So., Centenary): Lane was a dominant presence in the paint for the Cyclones this past week. The second year guard wrapped up his week with a total of 3 steals, and 2 blocks for the Clones. On the glass, Lane recorded a total of 14 rebounds.
 
Brendan Franko (Sr., Marywood): Franko produced a game-high 23 points in a hard-fought 85-80 loss to Marymount. He shot 11 for 18 from the field to lead all scorers
