Marymount Leads Men's Golf After Day One of the Atlantic East Tournament

LANCASTER, Pa. – After day one of the Atlantic East Golf Championship Marymount has an eleven-stroke lead with a team score of 321 to end the first 18.
 
Second after day one is the defending Atlantic East Champions Cabrini with a stroke total of 332. Neumann sits third at 337 followed closely by Marywood at 343. Closing out day one is William Paterson at 373.
 
The reigning Atlantic East Conference  medalist from 2023, Liam Casper leads the tournament way after day one. Casper carded a 73 (+1) through the first 18 holes. Marymount’s Chase Manion sits second with a +3 total of 75 to end day one. Marywood’s Paul Appolt sits third to lead the Pacers with a 78 for day one.  Neumann’s top finishers from day one is a tie for fourth between teammates Max Mila and Chris Prazych at 81 strokes a piece. William Paterson is led by Gavin Deeken who carded a 91 on the first 18. Deeken sits 19th through the first round of action.
