LANCASTER, Pa. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Men’s Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week for the week ending, December 3^rd, with Luke Schwenk taking his fourth honor of the season.

Athlete of the Week:

School: St. Mary’s
Class: Junior
Hometown: Annapolis, Md.
High School: Broadneck
Brief Outlook of Week: Schwenk recorded two NCAA B cuts, two Yellow Jacket Invitational records, and one individual school record. Schwenk was also part of two relay school records. St. Mary's finished third in the six-team field at the Randolph-Macon Yellow Jacket Invitational. He finished first in the 50 free (20.33 NCAA B Cut), 100 free (44:51 NCAA B Cut and meet record), 200 Free (1:41.63 school and meet record). Schwenk was also on the school record relays 200 medley relay (1:35:59) and 200 free relay (1:26.44). The junior was the leadoff for the second place finishing 400 medley relay (3:12.65) and anchored the 400 free relay (3:12.65) to close the meet.
