St. Mary's Schwenk Repeats as Swimmer of the Week

LANCASTER, Pa. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Men’s Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week for the week ending, November 12th, with Luke Schwenk of St. Mary’s taking his third weekly honor of the season.

Brief Outlook of Week: Schwenk collected a pair of individual wins and was part of two winning relays in a 160-102 loss to Mary Washington. Schwenk touched the wall first in the 200 freestyle in 1:45.78 and then captured the 100 freestyle in 46.12. He also led off the winning 200 medley relay and anchored the winning 200 freestyle relay. In the win at Gallaudet, he recorded two individuals while swimming breaststroke on the winning 200 medley relay. Schwenk was part of a 1-2-3 finish in the 100 butterfly as he won the event in 52.92. Schwenk's second individual win came in the 100 individual medley as he touched the wall first in 53.84.

Weekly Honor Roll:
Michael Gray (Sr., Cabrini) – In a dual meet v Widener: Gray won the 50 Yard Freestyle with the top time of 22.11, and placed 2nd in the 100 Yard Breaststroke, 1:02.52. Gray was also the second leg of Cabrini's 200 yd Medley Relay.
