HADDONFIELD, N.J. - Centenary and Marymount will face off for a chance to be crowned the 2026 Atlantic East Baseball champions.
After dropping the opening game on Friday, top seeded Centenary recorded wins over Immaculata and Marywood to secure a spot in the finals. The Cyclones started the day with a 16-8 win over third seeded Immaculata in a must-win game, followed by an 8-6 win over fourth seeded Marywood. Marymount, in its lone game of the day, posted an impressive offensive display that saw the Saints record a 25-6 win over Marywood.

Hackettstown, NJ - The Centenary Cyclones kept their season alive in emphatic fashion Friday morning, defeating Immaculata Mighty Macs 16-8 in the Atlantic East Conference Tournament losers bracket to earn the program's first-ever Atlantic East playoff victory.
The Cyclones offense exploded for 16 hits in the win, using a 9 run first inning and timely hitting throughout the contest to pull away and secure another game later in the day.
Derek DePace led the offensive charge, finishing 3-for-5 with four RBI and a run scored.
Myles Castillo delivered another big performance as well, going 2-for-6 with four RBI of his own. Continuing his stellar season,
Dominick Chiego added two hits in five at-bats while driving in four runs.
On the mound,
Carter Sari shut the door on any hopes of an Immaculata comeback. The right-hander tossed four strong innings out of the bullpen, earning the save while allowing no earned runs.

Hackettstown, NJ - The Centenary Cyclones continued their historic postseason run Friday afternoon, battling out of the losers bracket with an 8-6 victory over the Marywood Pacers to punch their ticket to the Atlantic East Conference Championship game.
With the win, the Cyclones improved their already historic playoff weekend, earning the program's first-ever Atlantic East postseason victories and now giving themselves a chance to compete for a conference championship on their home field Saturday at 3 p.m. against Marymount Saints.
Centenary's offense stayed hot all afternoon, collecting 13 hits while playing error-free baseball in one of the biggest wins in program history.
Derek DePace once again sparked the Cyclones offense, going 3-for-5 with an RBI and three runs scored.
Joseph Frei delivered one of the biggest performances of the day, finishing 3-for-4 with four RBI to help power Centenary through the elimination game.
Dominick Chiego continued his stellar postseason, adding two hits, an RBI, and a run scored in the victory.
On the mound, freshman
Brannon McBride turned in a clutch performance, tossing 6.2 strong innings while allowing just five hits and three earned runs with a strikeout. As the Pacers threatened late,
Anthony Fraser came on in relief to secure the save and shut down any hopes of a comeback.
Now, after surviving the losers bracket, the Cyclones will turn their attention to Saturday's Atlantic East Championship matchup against Marymount. Centenary will need two more wins to capture the conference title and complete a remarkable postseason run in front of their home crowd.

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. — Marymount secured a decisive 25–6 victory over Marywood on Friday in their second game of the Atlantic East Conference Tournament.
The Saints secured a commanding victory over Marywood with a final score of 25–6. Marywood initially took the lead in the first inning when Evan Bruder scored on a groundout, giving Marywood a 1–0 lead.
In the second inning, the Saints responded with a surge of five runs.
Ryan Cuadros tripled and scored on a single by Ellenburg.
Joshmar Carbonell's single brought in another run, followed by Via's inside-the-park home run, which cleared the bases for three more runs. The Saints led 5–2 by the end of the inning.
The third inning saw the Saints extend their lead to 7–2 with a two-run homer by Farmakides after Schick doubled to left center.
The Saints continued their offensive momentum in the fourth inning with another five-run effort. Ellenburg hit a solo home run, and Schick added a two-run homer. Farmakides contributed with an RBI double, making it 12–2.
Marywood managed to add one run in the fifth inning, but the Saints held a 12–3 lead.
The sixth inning was pivotal for the Saints as they tallied eight runs. A series of hits, including a three-RBI double from Swekosky, extended the lead to 20–4.
In the seventh inning, the Saints added three more runs. Farmakides hit his second homer of the game, a two-run shot, while Via drove in another run with a single, bringing the score to 23–5.
The Saints added two more runs in the eighth inning with solo homers from Swekosky and
William Alvarez, extending the lead to 25–5.
Marywood scored one final run in the ninth inning, but the Saints secured the decisive 25–6 victory. The Saints tallied seven home runs and totaled 22 hits in the commanding win, earning a spot in Championship Saturday against the hosting Cyclones of Centenary University.

- The Saints will look to win their second-straight AEC Title tomorrow, taking on Centenary at 3 PM with the trophy on the line.
