LANCASTER, Pa. – Marywood University was the top pick of the coaches to win the Atlantic East Conference, according to the 2025 AEC Softball Preseason Coaches’ Poll released on Wednesday afternoon.
 
The Pacers received 22 points and three first-place votes, with Marymount University second with 19 points and one first-place vote.
 
Gwynedd Mercy University was third with 15 points and one first-place vote, followed by Centenary University in fourth with 12 points and one first-place vote. Neumann University was fifth with 11 points as was Immaculata University. 
 
The championship is set for May 3-4.
