Amerlinck Receives Second Atlantic East Runner of the Week Award This Season

HADDONFIELD, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women’s Cross Country weekly award winners on Monday, as Marymount’s Brier Amerlinckat won her second Runner of the Week award this season.

Class: Junior
Hometown: East Amherst, N.Y.
High School: Williamsville North
Brief Outlook of Week: Competing at the highly-touted Paul Short Run, hosted by Lehigh University, Amerlinck found a strong 35th place finish in a field of 287 runners. Clocking a time of 21:14.6 on the 6k green race course, the junior secured her second Runner of the Week award this season.

Weekly Honor Roll:
Aubrey Donahue, Immaculata:
Donahue claimed first place overall at the Highlander Invitational, hosted by Cairn University, setting a new course record with a time of 24:26.5 on the 6k course. Her performance helped propel the Immaculata women’s team to a strong fourth-place finish.

Paige Redman, Marywood: Redman came in 45th place at the Paul Short Run green race, hosted by Lehigh. She finished with a 6K time of 24:25.8. Marywood finished in 26th place out of 34 teams.
