Marymount's Amerlinck awarded Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

LANCASTER, Pa. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women’s Cross Country weekly award winners on Tuesday, as Marymount’s Brier Amerlinck won the Runner of the Week award.

School: Marymount
Class: Sophomore
Hometown: East Amherst, N.Y.
High School: Williamsville North
Brief Outlook of Week: Amerlinck had the top finish for the Saints' program across both the men and women at the Baltimore Metro Meet, hosted by Goucher, crossing the line at 11th overall with a time of 20:07.88 in the 5k race.

Weekly Honor Roll:
Hannah Betchyk (Fy., Neumann): Betchyk led the Knights at the Bryn Mawr Invitational, finishing 14th overall in the field of 57. The first year finished her first 5K with a time of 22:23.8.

Aubrey Donahue (So., Immaculata): Donahue finished third place overall in the Bryn Mawr Invitational on Friday evening. Donahue finished the 5K event with a time of 20:58.30.

Giovanna Lisa (Jr., Pratt): Lisa was the top finisher for Pratt at the TCNJ Blue/Gold Invitational on Friday. She covered the 3.2k course in 13:58.6 to take 20th place, leading the Cannoneers to a third-place finish out of four teams.

Hailey Bloom (Sr., Gwynedd Mercy): Bloom had the best finish of 26:27 at the Bryn Mawr College Invitational to start the season.

McKenna Kerry (Fy., Centenary): The Cyclones participated in the Bryn Mawr Invitational (5k). First year runner, McKenna Kerry placed 15th out of fifty-seven runners, posting a total time of 22:28.3, and split times of 7:13.9.

Dani Nemeth (Marywood): Nemeth finished in 29th place at the Misericordia Invitational. She ran a 4K time of 17:21.3 in her collegiate debut. The Pacers finished sixth out of eight teams in the meet.
