Marymount's Smith Named Runner of the Week

HADDONFIELD, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Men’s Cross Country weekly award winners on Monday, with Marymount’s Philologus Smith being named Runner of the Week.

Brief Outlook of Week: Philolgus Smith led the listed Saints men in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open, hosted by the University of Richmond this past weekend, finishing 102nd in 22:32.6, averaging a 6:03 mile pace.

Weekly Honor Roll:
Jake Killen, Gwynedd Mercy: Killen places 72nd at the Dutchmen Invitational, running a 30:44.0 time on the 8k course.

Declan McGorry, Immaculata: McGorry was Immaculata's top runner in his collegiate debut, finishing 24th at the Bryn Mawr Invitational. McGorry helped lead Immaculata to a fourth-place team finish, posting an 18:55.7 time on the 5k route, averaging a 6:06 mile pace.
