LANCASTER, Pa. – The Atlantic East has announced its 2024-25 All-Atlantic East Men’s Basketball Team. The team, voted upon by the league’s seven head coaches, is comprised of two teams as well as five major award winners. Players were nominated by their respective coaches.

AEC Champion Neumann University received two awards, as Donte Dupriest was named as the Player of the Year, while TJ Lewis was named as the Elite 20 Award winner. 

Marymount University’s Reuben McEachern was named as the Defensive Player of the Year.

Pratt Institute’s Thomas Graetz was named as the Rookie of the Year. 

Finally, Centenary University was recognized by their peers as the Coaching Staff of the Year.

Dupriest, in 15 games, averaged 18.9 points per game and shot 60 percent from the field. He also averaged 15.1 rebounds per game as a first-team All-AEC selection. 

McEachern averaged 7.7 points per game, while shooting 47.7 percent from the field. 

Graetz averaged 7.6 points per game, while shooting 37.2 percent from the field. 

Lewis, a second-team All-AEC selection, was honored by the conference for having the highest GPA at the championship site. He had a 3.68 GPA in Sport Management.|

Centenary University finished 11-15 with a 5-7 record in the Atlantic East, a drastic improvement from 2023-24 when the Cyclones finished 2-23 and 0-12 in the AEC.
