LANCASTER, Pa. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women’s Soccer weekly award winners on Monday, as Pratt’s Kat Thomsen and Gwynedd Mercy’s Madisoon Ronn won Player and Defensive Player of the Week honors respectively.

Brief Outlook of Week: Kat Thomsen played a role in three goals scoring a brace and assisting on another in Pratt's 6-1 home victory over CCNY on Saturday. The Cannoneers went 2-0 on the week also collecting a 3-1 triumph over Old Westbury on Tuesday.
Defensive Player of the Week:
Name: Madisoon Ronn
School: Gwynedd Mercy
Class: Junior
Position: Goalkeeper
Hometown: Warrington, Pa.
High School: Central Bucks South
Brief Outlook of Week: Ronn made a dozen (12) saves and earned her first win (1-0) of the season in the Griffins' 2-1 victory over Rosemont College.
Weekly Honor Roll:
Ebony Arvelo (So., Neumann): Ebony Arvelo scored two goals in a 2-0 win at Albright in a 1-1 week for Neumann. The sophomore finished the game with five shots, both on net going in the goal.
Bridget Cannon (So., Gwynedd Mercy): Cannon recorded her first two goals of the season in this week's contests. She provided the game-winner in the 86th (85:56) minute of a 2-1 victory over Rosemont College, then scored the lone Griffin goal of a 2-1 loss at Bryn Athyn College with a penalty kick at 73:51 (1-1). She took two shots in each game.
Jocelyn Shuster (Fr., Immaculata): Freshmen midfielder Jocelyn Shuster scored her first collegiate goal in the game's 44th minute to put Immaculata up 1-0 as the Mighty Macs earned a 1-1 draw with Lancaster Bible on September 14th.
Emily Guthier (Jr., Immaculata): Emily Guthier had a combined 29 saves over three games for the Immaculata. Guthier had 11 saves vs Eastern University on September 10th. Guthier had nine saves vs New Jersey City University on September 12th, and had nine saves while helping Immaculata earn a 1-1 draw with Lancaster Bible on September 14th.
Lex Navarro (Jr., Neumann): Lex Navarro made three saves and picked up a shutout in a 2-0 win at Albright in her lone start in net for the week.
