LANCASTER, Pa. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Women's Soccer weekly awards on Tuesday, naming Marywood's Victoria Tzitzis offensive player of the week and Rebekah Becker defensive player of the week.

Offensive Player of the Week:
Name: Victoria Tzitzis
School: Marywood University

Position: Forward

Brief Outlook of Week: Tzitzis led the Pacers to a 1-1 week with three goals and an assist for seven points. She gave Marywood an early lead against Swarthmore on a long ball from the goalkeeper and finished a breakaway chance into the far post netting. Tzitzis helped Marywood to an opening day victory over Keystone with two goals and an assist.

Defensive Player of the Week:
Name: Rebekah Becker
School: Marywood University
Class: Junior
Position: Goalie
Hometown: Gardners, PA
High School: Boiling Springs
Brief Outlook of Week: Becker lifted the Pacers to a 1-1 week with 20 saves, one assist and a clean sheet. She held Keystone scoreless with six stops, including three on breakaway chances. Becker earned a rare goalkeeper assist on a long ball to Victoria Tzitsis to take an early lead against Swarthmore. She made 14 saves versus the Garnet.

Weekly Honor Roll:
Gabby Palladino (Cabrini / FR / F): Palladino scored the eventual game-winning goal in a 2-1 victory over Bryn Mawr.
