The Atlantic East has announced the addition of Brooke Overly to the conference staff as an intern.

In her intern role, Overly will be aiding in day-to-day conference office duties along with taking on special interest projects throughout the fall semester.
 
Overly was a student-athlete at Ursinus College in Pennsylvania where she was a four-year letterwinner on the field hockey team. During her time as a Bear, Overly helped her team to three Centennial Conference Championships and three consecutive NCAA tournament appearances. During Overly’s sophomore season, the Bears advanced to the Final Four for the sixth time in program history.
 
Overly was named to the All-Centennial Conference and All-Region squads in addition to her academic accolades as a four-year National Field Hockey Coaches Association academic award winner, a Centennial Conference academic honor roll student and an Academic All-Centennial selection.
 
Prior to her graduation in 2018, Overly received the Ronald Kichline prize which is awarded to a senior who excelled in athletics.
 
Currently Overly is attending graduate school at Temple University where she is studying to earn a master’s of science in sports business with a focus in athletic administration. She is also a marketing graduate extern and a volunteer with the student-athlete academic center aiding with career development.
 
Overly’s past volunteer experiences include fundraising and development at Temple and fan engagement at the University of Pennsylvania.
