HADDONFIELD, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Men’s Soccer weekly award winners on Monday, as Gwynedd Mercy’s Luke O’Donnell was named Player of the Week and Immaculata’s Luca Greppellini was named Defensive Player of the Week.
 

Player of the Week: Luke O’Donnell
School: Gwynedd Mercy
Class: Junior
Position: Midfielder
Hometown: Glenside, Pa.
High School: Abington
Brief Outlook of Week: O'Donnell scored the game-winner in the Griffins' 3-2 AEC regular season finale victory at Centenary. The junior’s goal came in the 87th minute, on a setup from junior forward Devario Gboho, sealing the comeback and clinching the fifth seed in postseason play.

 

Defensive Player of the Week: Luca Greppellini
School: Immaculata
Class: Freshman
Position: Goalkeeper
Hometown: Newbury, England
High School: Leighton Park School
Brief Outlook of Week: Greppellini made nine saves in the Mighty Macs’ 1–0 victory at Marywood in the season finale. Greppellini came up big in the second half, recording six of his saves to help preserve the shutout win.

Weekly Honor Roll:
Victor John, Neumann: John had a goal and an assist as Neumann wrapped up the regular season with a 3-2 win at Marymount. The junior scored the opening goal in the 24th minute before assisting on the game-winning goal in the 77th minute as the Knights wrapped up a 7-0 conference record. 

Derek Campoverde, Saint Elizabeth: Campoverde would score the first goal, proving to be the game-winner, for the Eagles in their 2-0 win over Pratt.

Jonathan Delgado Ramirez, Saint Elizabeth: Ramirez was able to help secure the Eagles 2025 Atlantic East Conference Playoff spot with a four save shutout performance in a 2-0 regular season finale win against Pratt.
