Ella DeNicola Named to 2025-26 Atlantic East Staff

HADDONFIELD, N.J. - The Atlantic East Conference Commissioner Rebecca Mullen is thrilled to announce that Ella DeNicola will remain on staff for the 2025–26 academic year, continuing her work in the conference’s communications and multimedia operations.

I am thrilled to welcome Ella back to the staff. She played a strong role in the conference’s success last year. Ella is an AEC alumna, giving her a great understanding of the conference framework,” said Mullen

Ella first joined the Atlantic East in September 2024 as a Communications Intern, where she played a key role in advancing the conference’s digital and media presence. She supported social media strategy, produced multimedia content, and provided coverage for championship events. In addition, she assisted with press releases, website management, and day-to-day communications, helping to highlight student-athlete achievements and strengthen the Atlantic East’s brand visibility across platforms.

A recent graduate of Marymount University, she also brought experience as an Athletic Communications Assistant, play-by-play announcer for the Atlantic East Network, and host of Marymount’s official athletics podcast, Made by Marymount.

In addtion to her communications work, Ella held leadership roles within Marymount’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and competed as a member of the Saints’ Atlantic East Champion women’s swimming team in 2023 and 2024

The Atlantic East is excited for another year of creativity, professionalism, and dedication to highlighting the achievements of its student-athletes and member institutions.
