LANCASTER, Pa. - The Atlantic East Conference announced the Field Hockey weekly award winners on Monday, as Marywood’s Cydney Lahr and Liv Rosengrant won Player and Defensive Player of the Week honors respectively.

Player of the Week:
Name: Cydney Lahr
School: Marywood
Class: Graduate Student
Position: Forward
Hometown: Herndon, Pa.   
High School: Line Mountain
Brief Outlook of Week: Lahr scored two goals and an assist for a five-point effort in the Pacers' 4-1 victory over Western Connecticut State on Saturday. She put 15 shots on WestConn's cage. It was Lahr's seven career five-point game. With a helper to Lany Straub, Lahr moves into a tie for sixth all-time in career assists (14).

Defensive Player of the Week:
Name: Liv Rosengrant
School: Marywood
Class: Senior
Position: Back
Hometown: Dalton, Pa.
High School: Lackawanna Trail
Brief Outlook of Week: Rosengrant helped the Pacers' defense limit WestConn to just one shot on goal in a 4-1 victory on Saturday. Rosengrant's defensive corps stifled the Wolves to zero shots and corners in the second half.

Weekly Honor Roll:
Alyssa Monahan (Sr., Manhattanville): Led the Valiants' offensive effort with five shot attempts, recording three points…Had a season-high four shots, two on goal, on Wednesday vs FDU-Florham…Scored a goal and logged an assist in the team's Saturday contest up at SUNY Morrisville.
 
Hannah Doherty (So., Manhattanville): Made 11 saves in a pair of starts for the Valiants last week…Made four stops in a full 60 minutes on Wednesday against FDU-Florham…Recorded her third seven-save performance of the season on Saturday against SUNY Morrisville.
 
Julia Levase (Sr., Immaculata): Julia Levase had a combined 17 saves over two games for Immaculata on 22 shots faced. Levase made seven saves vs Widener on September 17th, and made 10 saves on 13 shots faced against unbeaten Lebanon Valley College on September 21st. She helped keep LVC off the board for the final 47:05 of the game.
