Inaugural Atlantic East Elite 20 Award Winners Announced

LANCASTER, Pa. - On Wednesday, January 12th, The Atlantic East Conference announced the inaugural Atlantic East Elite 20 award winners for the fall 2021 season. The newly established Elite 20 Award Program honors the highest achievement in academics and athletics by a student-athlete in each Atlantic East-sponsored sport.

Modeled after the NCAA Elite 90 Academic Recognition Award Program, the Atlantic East Elite 20 award is presented to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade-point average competing at the finals site at each of the Atlantic East's 20 team championships. While the fall 2021 award winners are being announced after the conference championship, future recipients will be honored during the awards ceremony at the conclusion of every conference championship going forward.
