LANCASTER, Pa. – The Atlantic East Conference and commissioner, Jessica Huntley, are proud to announce the addition of Manhattanville College as another affiliate member of the league. Effective Fall 2022, the Valiants will participate in field hockey for the Atlantic East.

“We are so excited to further enhance our field hockey league with the addition of Manhattanville,” said Huntley. “Manhattanville will strengthen our numbers, competition and overall experience for the field hockey student-athletes.”

Manhattanville College, currently a member of the Skyline Conference, will join Cabrini University, Centenary University, Gwynedd Mercy University, Marywood University, Immaculata University, Neumann University and St. Mary's College of Maryland as participating members in field hockey starting next school year. The Valiants will be immediately eligible for All-Conference awards and the conference’s field hockey championship.

“We are extremely excited to join the Atlantic East as the new home for the Manhattanville College field hockey program," said Manhattanville Director of Athletics and Recreation, Julene Caulfield. "We are grateful for the opportunity to join the strong competition in the conference and allow for the continued development of the Valiants field hockey program.”
