Reyes, Moyer named Women's Soccer Players of the Week
LANCASTER, Pa. - Marymount University's Karen Reyes and Marywood University's Aly Moyer were named Atlantic East Women's Soccer Players of the Week on Monday afternoon.
Offensive Player of the Week:
Name: Karen Reyes
School: Marymount University

Position: Forward
Hometown: Reston, Va.
High School: South Lakes
Brief Outlook of Week: Reyes had two goals and three assists in a 1-0-1 week for the Saints in Atlantic East Conference play. Against Neumann, she had two first-half assists and then followed with MU's final goal of the game to give them a 4-3 lead midway through the second half. Against Gwynedd Mercy, she scored the first goal of the game, the eventual game winner, while adding an assist on the second and final goal to help the Saints to its first-ever Atlantic East victory with a 2-0 win. She leads the Saints this year with 16 points on six goals and four assists.

Name: Aly Moyer
School: Marywood University
Class: Senior
Position: Goalkeeper
Hometown: Coopersburg, Pa.
High School: Southern Lehigh
Brief Outlook of Week: Moyer collected two shutouts in two games this past week, making three saves in each game including a penalty-shot save against Immaculata. Both shutouts were 1-0 victories for the Pacers in Atlantic East competition over Gwynedd Mercy and Immaculata.
Weekly Honor Roll:
Mackenzie Forsythe (Wesley / Junior / Forward): Forsythe earned her first hat trick of the season in Wesley's 4-2 win over Neumann on Saturday. Forsythe leads the Atlatic East in goals (9) and ranks second in points (14).
Julie Youngman (Marywood / Senior / Forward): Youngman scored two game-winning goals this past week in a pair of 1-0 victories for the Pacers in Atlantic East play, topping Gwynedd Mercy and Immaculata.
